Client Interview

Once you’ve agreed on where you’d like to be represented, we arrange interviews with potential employers. If successful, we’ll move forward with reference checks in preparation for a potential offer.

Offer Review

When offers come through, we guide you through every detail to ensure it aligns with the goals and expectations we discussed from the start.

Preparation

From resignation support to first-day preparation, we help you transition smoothly into your new role with confidence and clarity.
